Scientific and engineering center of advanced research "GRAN" Ltd. was organized by researchers of the Hydrophysics and Hydroacoustics Division in 1993. The center is a leader in the development and fabrication of acoustic, hydroacoustic and vibroseismic electromagnetic and piezoceramic radiators (for solving the problems in hydrophysics and seismoacoustics), and fiber-optic sensors for the seismic studies.
